A beginner group class, however we require a minimum of 5 privates before participation. In this class clients will follow the reformer beginner progression, the Wunda chair beginner progression, and the beginner Tower progression.


Intermediate to advance faster pace. Requirement is a minimum of 10 reformer 1 classes


90 minutes high intensity, interval training class. Burn calories the smart way, keep moving from one equipment to the other. Total body workout!
Must have taken Reformer 2 classes!
